SECURITY Refer to SETUP > Messages in Security Level Details - Permissions.
NAVIGATION Legacy UI > Setup > Messages
You can send a message to Windows and macOS devices by following these steps:
- On the Device Summary page, Device Audit page, or in device lists, click the Send a message to the selected devices
action bar icon. A dialog box will open.
- Enter a subject (optional field) and a message.
- Select the Expire this message after ... minutes check box if you wish to stop attempting to send the message to an offline device after the number of minutes specified here.
- Click Send. The message will appear on the device once it is online.
All sent messages can be viewed and deleted in Setup > Messages.
